Johnn was born on February 14, 1974, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to his loving parents, Dianne Kay Wright and John Ross Wright. He spent part of his childhood in Deering, North Dakota, where he attended elementary school. In 1986, Johnn and his family moved to Texas, where he attended middle school in San Antonio before attending Boerne High School. He graduated from Boerne High School in 1992.
Johnn was baptized in the Lutheran faith at three years old, beginning a spiritual foundation that remained part of his life and family.
Johnn shared 17 years of marriage with his loving wife, Josephine Wright. Through their marriage, he became a stepfather to her four children, Cameron, Hannah, Nicholas, and Patrick, embracing the family they shared together.
Johnn had a strong work ethic from a young age and built a successful career through hard work and determination. In his younger years, he worked for Discount Tire, where he became a manager. He later entered the automotive industry and worked as a finance manager for a car dealership. With his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build something of his own, Johnn eventually entered the solar industry and became the proud owner of Wright Solar Energy, a thriving business he built through dedication, perseverance, and hard work. He took great pride in his business and all that he accomplished throughout his career.
Above all else, Johnn will be remembered for the enormous heart behind the man.
To those who knew and loved him, Johnn was truly a gentle giant—a big teddy bear with an even bigger heart. He was kind, generous, loyal, and always willing to help someone in need. Johnn was the type of person who would quite literally give you the shirt off his back. His kindness was genuine, his loyalty unwavering, and his love for the people in his life ran deep.
He was a devoted husband, a loving son, a loyal brother, a cherished uncle, and a true friend. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and love to those fortunate enough to know him.
Johnn leaves behind his beloved wife, Josephine Wright; his mother, Dianne Kay Wright; and his three sisters, Jennifer Bjorge, Rachael Wright-Fazzino, and Elizabeth Stewart.
He will also be deeply missed by his nieces, Courtney Robinson, Prezlie Frost, and Isabella Frost; his nephews, Garrett Fazzino and Skylar Bjorge; and his great-nieces, Ember Robinson and Elsea Robinson, along with his extended family and the many friends whose lives he touched.
Johnn was preceded in death by his father, John Ross Wright.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in believing that Johnn has now been reunited with his father in Heaven. Father and son are together once again, watching over the family they loved so dearly.
Johnn's life cannot be measured simply by the years he was here, but by the love he gave, the kindness he showed, the people he helped, and the memories he left behind.
Johnn, you were so deeply loved, and you will be missed more than words could ever express. Our lives will never be quite the same without you. Until we meet again, you and Dad are our angels in Heaven, watching over us always.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts. We love you Bub.
