He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose J. & Maria Abrego and brother in law Rodolfo Rodriguez.
He is survived by his siblings, George Saucedo (Diane), Joe Abrego III (Alma), Virginia Ann Rodriguez, Rudy Abrego (Jessica); nieces and nephews, Terry Saucedo, Eric Rodriguez (Desiree), Destiney Carson (Stephen), Erica Rodriguez (Rudy), Rudy Abrego Jr., John Rodriguez, Angelica Abrego (Leroy), George Rodriguez and Gianna Abrego; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Johnny will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, with a rosary to begin at 7:00 PM.
