Jose Hector Atkinson was born July 9, 1958 in Brownsville, Texas. He was born and raised in Brownsville Texas and spent much of his life on South Padre Island. The last twenty years were spent in San Antonio. Joe Atkinson enjoyed spending time with his wife, family, friends and had a passion for travel, fishing, hunting and fine wine. He is survived by his wife, Rosie Atkinson, his mother, Hilda G Atkinson, his brother Reno Atkinson and sister, Dalia Moxon. In addition, 3 neices and 2 nephews. He lived his life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed.
