Jose M. Escalante passed away on Friday June 10, 2022, at the age of ninety- six. He was born in Poth, Texas on March 17, 1926. He was married to his devoted wife Isabel Escalante for sixty-seven wonderful years. Jose loved to be outside enjoying nature with his beloved pets. After a long sunny day, Jose liked to relax and kick his feet up while watching his favorite shows and movies. He also loved listening to music.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents Jose Escalante and Ramona Melendrez, and by his ten brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his son Patrick Escalante and daughter in law Diana Escalante as well as his numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who will miss him tremendously.
