Jose Garza, age 53, passed away on October 23rd, in San Antonio. Jose was born in Laredo, Texas, to the parents of Homero and Raquel Garza on September 27th, 1968. He was employed at Chesapeake Energy and was previously a car salesman and finance for 15 years. He proudly served on the Board of Education USD 253 8 years and was the owner of JJ Game Farms. His hobbies included raising and breeding chickens, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Homero Garza. Jose Homero Garza is survived by his wife, Janice Garza; son, Dillon Cox; daughters, Erica Reid and Emily Garza; one grandchild; brothers, Oscar Garza and family, Orlando Garza and family, Osiel Garza and family.
