Jose Raul Zepeda, Sr.

Jose Raul Zepeda born January 31, 1923 in San Fernando, Tamaulipas, Mexico, a devoted Catholic who enjoyed reading scriptures daily, went to be with our Lord on November 16, 2018, at the age of 95. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pablo and Celia Zepeda; sisters, Maria, Ester and Lupita; brother, Baldomero; grandson, Jason Paul Zepeda. He is survived by his beloved wife, Adela L. Zepeda and children, Maria Celia Dobbs (Danny), Tony Zepeda (Belia), George Zepeda (Jessica), Roy Zepeda (Maria), Albert Zepeda, Elvia Navarro (Root) and Irma Mederos (Carlos). Jose is also survived by his sisters, Ramona Garcia and Amparo Escobedo; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
