Joseph Garcia Garcia, age 81, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Joseph was born December 18, 1941, in San Antonio, TX, to parents, Joe L. and Enriqueta Garcia. He proudly served his country in the Unites States Army in Korea. He worked for 55 years at Capital Cement as a Research Chemist where he is credited with several Patents. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Armando Garcia. Joseph is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gloria Garcia; son, Nicholas Anthony Garcia; grandsons: Christopher Helms, Patrick Perez, and Shawn Garcia; great granddaughter, Emma Rae, siblings: Richard Garcia (Antoinette), Andrew Garcia (Gloria), Mary Helen Cerna (Augustine), Rosie Villanueva (Camilo), Henrietta Lopez and Reynaldo Garcia (Belinda). The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 30, 2023, at St. Agnes Catholic Church.
