Josephine R. Carvajal, age 77, dedicated wife, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Josephine was in the beauty industry for over forty years. Her experience and expertise in skincare and cosmetics was the inspiration to the opening of Josephine’s European Skincare in the 80’s. She loved spending time with family, enjoyed music and dancing. She had a beautiful smile, a kind heart and was loved by many. She was preceded in death by her parents; Onofre and Esperanza Rodriguez and husband of 48 years, Samuel Carvajal, Sr. She is survived by her son, Samuel Carvajal, Jr (Mercedes); daughter, Michelle Carvajal Karam (Paul); grandsons, Julian Carvajal and Jonathan Karam, sisters, Esperanza Arriaga, (and deceased husband Jose), Margie Longoria (Thomas). The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
