Josephine G. Romo, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Josephine was born to parents Rafael and Juanita Romo on January 16, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita Garza and Rafael Romo, brothers, Rafael “Ralph” Romo and Domingo “Mingo” Romo. Josephine is survived by her sons, Derico Gonzales and Phillip Gonzales; grandson, Aidan Davenport; sisters, Connie Ovalles, Isabel Brownlee, Juanita Romo, and Rosie Trevino; as well as her brothers, Juan Romo, Roberto Romo, Pete Romo, and Jesse Romo. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
