Joshua Roger Gerald Brown, (known as J.R.) age 19, passed away on June 18, 2022, in San Antonio, TX. J.R. was the first born to Joshua and Dana Brown on August 19, 2002, in El Paso, TX. J.R. graduated from high school as the pandemic hit in May of 2020. He was undecided on his intended profession, but he loved being around people. Joshua Roger is survived by his parents, Joshua and Dana Brown; his siblings Thomas Maxwell (Max), Catherine Elaine and Cecilia Jane. J.R. also had cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Great Aunts and Great Uncles that love and will miss him.
J.R. drew people in with his winning smile and friendly personality. There were no strangers in his life, only friends he hadnt met. J.R. loved to be surrounded by people, no matter their age, race, or gender, he knew how to treat others and how to make them feel special. He never left anyone out, and was the living embodiment of "the more, the merrier." J.R. also loved music and could always be found with his AirPods in, listening to his favorite tunes. J.R. and Max were only 12 months apart and were constant companions. You cant say one of their names without saying the others. He was a good older brother to his siblings, Max, Catherine and Cecilia. He encouraged them, spent time with them and was supportive. J.R. and his siblings love the Lord and each one of them were baptized at Cross Mountain Church. They were very active in the churchs youth group for many years. J.R.s passing leaves a hole in our family and a hole in our hearts.
