She was born May 2, 1933, in Mason, Texas to the late Dora Storch and Herman Mueller. She graduated from Mason High School as Salutatorian and then attended Southwest Texas State University and the University of Texas.
Joyce was a devoted mother and wife and had a successful career in the real estate industry in the Austin and Marble Falls areas and was CRS, GRT and Broker certified.
One of her most endearing attributes was her consistency in maintaining lifelong relationships.
She was preceded in death by her son Gregory Tschoepe. She was survived by her husband, Tol Boyd; her son, Dr. Michael Tschoepe and daughter-in-law Kristi Tschoepe; daughter Cindy Kemp and son-in-law Steve Kemp; stepdaughter Hydi Sutherland; grandchildren Jennifer, Staci and Megan Tschoepe and Brekel Kemp; and numerous loving relatives and friends.
