

Mr. Juan Antonio Flores is resting in the presence of our Lord & Savior. He was born on June 24, 1931 in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. He went to be with our Lord on February 12, 2018 at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by son, Omar de Jesus Flores. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Beatriz Flores; children, Teresa de Jesus Kunath, Juan Antonio Flores Jr, Mary Flores-Abrego (Americo), Reymundo Flores, Beatrice Lozano, and Cynthia Salinas (George); grandchildren, Americo Christian Omar Abrego, Jonathon Austin Abrego, Raymond Joseph Flores, Marigrace Kunath, Nicole Alexandra Abrego, Marshall Brandon Salinas, Caleb Joshua Omar Salinas, Carolina Flores, George Max Jeremiah Salinas, Luke Elliott Salinas, Camila Milagro Flores and John Flores; sister, Anita Gaona, and his loving dog, Coco.
He retired as a Welder for Ingram Manufacturing and continued to work at HEB Marketplace on Bandera Road, where he was well known as "Juanito" and made many friends. One of his favorite places to dine was ChaCha's restaurant a place he enjoyed spending with his loving family. As a devout Catholic he served as the Main Usher at San Juan de los Lagos Catholic Church. Mr. Flores enjoyed garage sales and had his own small business as a vendor at the Bargain City Fleamarket where people would come and find unique and antique items. He was loved by many and will truly be missed, but never forgotten.

Visitations for Mr. Flores will be open on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m....On Tuesday, February 20, 2018 visitations will continue from 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home and visitations will continue at San Juan de los Lagos Catholic Church (3231 El Paso, San Antonio, Texas) at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Wednesday, February 21, 2018 a funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Resurrection to be celebrated at San Juan de los Lagos Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m with Entombment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
