Juan V. Herrera Jr., born on July 23, 1952 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on February 12, 2018 at the age of 65. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Pauline Herrera; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Fidelia Olguin. He is survived by his wife, Felipa O. Herrera; son, John A. Herrera (Bonnie Borjas); brother, Enrique Herrera and Fernando Herrera; sisters, Graciela Hernandez, Diana Martinez and Margarita Rodriguez; also, numerous nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 1214 Stonewall, San Antonio, TX 78211. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
