Juan Magallanez, a proud retired Vietnam veteran, husband, father, grandfather, and life enthusiast went to Heaven to be with God and loved ones.

Juan is survived by his high school sweetheart, wife of 42 years, Beatrice Magallanez, their children: Melody, Destiny (Kayla), John (Amanda), their granddaughter Maya, and beloved dogs: J.R. and Bandit. Juan is also survived by two sisters, two brothers, many family members, and a host of long-time friends.

A remembrance will be held on June 1st at Trevino Funeral Home from 5-9pm with a public Rosary at 7pm.Mass will be at St. Luke's Catholic Church on June 5th at 10 a.m. followed by a reception at St. Luke’s Hall at 11am. Burial with Military Honors will be at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery at 2pm.
