

Juanita Arrollo, a beloved mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 9th, 2025, at the age of 79. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas on June 27, 1945, she was known for her infectious smile and her huge heart. She was a very selfless person always willing to help someone out, she was also very humble. Juanita had an impact on the lives of everyone she touched. She had such a charisma about her that attracted everyone she came across. She came from a family of hard workers and was a hard worker herself her whole life. She was the strongest person we knew. Something else about Juanita was that she loved plants and flowers that was a hobby of hers, she had a green thumb and a knack for making plants grow. She was a very loving mother and grandmother, she was a beautiful and special person to us, she always put her family first. She is survived by her children Irene Rodriguez, Belinda Frutos, Carlos Miranda, Marisol Alvarado, Bertha Araiza & Ida Araiza and her grandchildren whom she raised Reynaldo Rodriguez, Sylvia Rodriguez, Natalie Rodriguez, Stephanie Rivera & Amanda Rodriguez. Juanita Arrollo had 67 grand-children and 13 great-grandchildren, she had numerous nephews and nieces. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Jesus Arroyo, Eluteria Ruiz Arroyo, as well as her ex-husband Thomas P. Araiza Jr., her sister Maria Amador, brother Jessie Arroyo numerous brothers and sisters, her grandchildren Richard Aaron Trevino, Jonathan Miranda, Jeannette Medina & Juanita Rivera. A visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Porter Loring Mortuary, 1101 McCullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212. A rosary will follow at 12:00 p.m.
