Juanita Sanchez Ruiz

Juanita Sanchez Ruiz born on June 24, 1934 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on June 21, 2014 at the age of 79. Mrs. Ruiz was known to be a beautiful and wonderful christian person. She was a woman of prayer and helped everyone. She enjoyed sewing and loved her family deeply. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Ruiz; brother, Paul Sanchez. She was also preceded in death on the same day by her son, Johnny Joe Ruiz. Mrs. Ruiz is survived by her children: Margie Garcia (Ydelfonso), George Ruiz (Libby), Rosie Valdez (Danny), Diane Luna (Anthony Lopez), Peggy Ruiz, Adolph Ruiz and Pete Ruiz; Daughter-in-law Lisa Ruiz; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Leonard Sanchez; also, numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a dual Christian Service at 10:00 a.m. for our lovely mother and her beloved son, Johnny Ruiz at Ruiz-Herrera Cemetery in Somerset, TX.
