Judith was born on October 8, 1935, in Iron Mountain, Michigan, the youngest of five daughters. She dedicated her life to civil service, from where she retired. Judith was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Universal City and a participating member of the choir. Judith was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Robert Wilkins, and her son, David Santana.
Judith is survived by her daughter, Barbara Bender (Ralph) of Ponte Verde, Florida and son Steven Santana (Cynthia) of Converse, Texas, her eleven grandchildren, Jordan Berecz (Trevor), Mathew Bender (Tiffani), Terrell Knight (Amy), Marlena Knight, Chase Santana (Jessica), Anthony Santana, Heather Campos (Maurilio), Sean Young, Brent Jackson, Kyle Jackson, Forrest Jackson and sixteen great grandchildren.
