'How can I describe someone who came into my life at one of the most difficult times of my life? Mere words are not adequate. I'll try my best to convey what Judy meant to me. 
I went through a clinical depression about six years ago. A dear friend recommended that I see her therapist, who she said was a wonderful professional lady! 
So I called and made an appointment. Little did I know that would be the beginning of the very best part of my life! That means a lot because I'm 71 years old. 
Judy provided excellent psychotherapy. However, she gave me so much more. She enriched my life by validating me as a person, showing me ways and strategies to address my concerns/problem areas. She always had the kindest manner about her. I couldn't believe she was real! 
I just had a session with Judy on April 
13th. She told me she thought I didn't need to go anymore because I was doing so well. I told her I really wanted to keep with my sessions, to work on my self esteem. 
I told her I had a fear of getting into depression in the future. She responded, "But, Teresa, That's not real. That will never happen again." 
I was so happy. The only way I can describe my sessions with Judy were that I'd walk out to my car feeling so happy and ready to conquer the world, with all its difficulties! 
Judy, I know you're listening. I love you so very much! Thank you for showing me the way! Thank you for shining your light so that I could be a better person! You've left footprints in my heart that I will carry until I die!'
