

She graduated from Jefferson H.S. then received her BA from UTSA and went on to earn her Master's from St. Mary's University. Judy was very dedicated to her career in psychotherapy.
She was an avid reader and involved in several groups including the Red Hat Society, Golden Girls, the Chabad Lubavitch Congregation and activities through St. Francis Episcopal Church. Judy was also very active in the education rights of those with special needs.
She was preceded in death by, her parents; sister Nancy Janas; and 3 dogs, Charlie, Mikey and Chiquita.
Judy is survived by her son, Steven Aronstein, daughter, Cathy Aronstein; brother-in-law, Bob Janas; niece, Stacey Patterson; nephew, Scott Patterson; close friends, Joan, Dale and Carolyn; beloved pets, Annabelle and Cindy.
