Judy A. Nowak, of San Antonio, TX, born March 12, 1941, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2002. Judy worked for Bell Atlantic/Verizon for 28 years and was a member of the Communications Workers of America and a decorator extraordinaire. She will be remembered as a loving and supportive wife, mother, and friend, who decorated our lives with beautiful everlasting memories. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew A. Bireschi, and brother, James Bireschi. She is survived by her husband, Col. Michael A. Nowak US Army Ret.; daughters, Dawn M. Fama, Kory L. Fama and Katherine H. Martin; grandchildren, Brandi N. Holbrook and Wesley A. Holbrook; mother, Lenore Bireschi and sister Renee Woolbridge.
