

Julian Robert Sandoval, 73, passed away on January 23, 2018 in the presence of his loving wife of 52 years. Julian was born in Denver, Colorado on June 28, 1944 to Julian and Emilia Sandoval. Julian is survived by his wife, Diana; Daughter, Yvonne Sandoval (Jackson Padilla); Daughter in law, Elizabeth Sandoval; adopted children, Karen Nathanson, Denise Robinson, Brittany Rucker, Dexter Austin, and Thomas Treiber; grandchildren, Jared Sandoval, Carly Sandoval, Elizabeth Sandoval-Padilla, Aaryanna Bass, and Aniyah Rucker; sister, Beatrice Kavur; brothers, George Sandoval and Armando Rivera; mother in law, Amalia Archuleta, numerous nieces and nephews, and many other family members. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Sandoval; and sister, Mary Ann Chavez. Julian moved from Denver to California where he lived for 40 years. He served 36 years as an Adult Probation Officer for San Mateo County California. He was a member of the Milpitas California Board of Education and California Rotary Club. Julian loved the outdoors where his hobbies were hunting and fishing. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. Julian will be remembered as a great humanitarian, where he took pride in helping others. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
