Dr. Puodziukas began his medical career as a Physician in Family Practice 30 years ago. He loved medicine and helping people. His desire to helping people led him to the specialty of Anesthesiology, which he practiced for the last 11 years in San Antonio.
He was preceded in death by his father, Julius Puodziukas.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; his children, Paul J. Puodziukas, Audra M. Puodziukas and Michael A. Puodziukas; mother, Elizabeth Puodziukas; brother, Dr. Edward Puodziukas and wife, Nicole; sisters, Della Valaitis and husband, George and Sally Pennock and fiancé, Chris Morales; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Because of his family's tremendous gratitude for the care, comfort and compassion given by VNA and Hospice of South Texas, they wish to extend the thought of contributions in Dr. Puodziukas' memory be made to the Hospice at 8721 Botts Lane, San Antonio, TX 78217 or to the Stroke Foundation at 11902 Lowell, Overland Park, KS 66213.
