Justin Hernandez

Justin Andrew Hernandez, 34, passed away on August 24, 2025, in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Born on February 10, 1991, Justin was a devoted husband, loving father, beloved son, caring brother, and cherished friend.

Justin’s greatest joy in life was his family. He shared an unbreakable bond with his wife, Lauren Hernandez, and poured his heart into raising their three children: Jocelynn Aubrey (13), Justin Andrew Jr. (10), and Jade Avery (4). Whether gaming with his son—his best bud—or casting a line on fishing trips with his kids, Justin’s happiest moments were always with them.

He will be remembered for his contagious sense of humor, the unforgettable sound of his laugh, and his selfless nature. Justin never hesitated to help others—always willing to give the shirt off his own back. His strong work ethic and dedication defined him, but it was his deep love for his family that shaped his life most of all.

Justin is survived by his wife, children, and mother, Rose Hernandez, as well as his siblings: Stephanie Cuevas (husband Julio), Misty Hernandez, Adrian Gutierrez, Andrea Ramirez, Johnny Hernandez and Sadie Esquivel. He is also lovingly remembered by his brother-in-law Ricky Sosa, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

He will be forever missed and fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.
