Karen was also blessed with her appreciation of art and architecture and was a docent at the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio for several years. She was an avid bridge player and loved seeing the country on frequent cross country trips to Chatham, Cape Cod. Karen was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church where she was confirmed in April of 2008. Karen was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bob Mesropian. Karen is survived by her husband and best friend of 42 years, Larry Donoghue; her daughter, Laurie Ciccarelli and her husband, Chris of Winter Park, Colorado, her daughter, Kelly Weaver and her husband, Derrek of San Antonio, Texas; and her son, Tom Donoghue and his wife, Marnie of Davidson North Carolina.
