

Karin Michelle Lynch was born in Tacoma, Washington February 21, 1969. She married Barry Lee Lynch June 24, 1988 in the Washington DC Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She left her loved ones here on earth December 6, 2006.
Karin is survived by her husband, Barry Lynch; three daughters, Stephanie, Jenny and Hayley Lynch; her parents, Kenneth and Jeri Strain; and two brothers, Kenneth Strain II and Kraig Strain, all of San Antonio. She is also survived by her sister, Kristine Smith of North Carolina; her parents-in-law, Dean and Virginia Lynch of Houston, Texas; her brother-in-law, Stan Lynch of Houston; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Karin was an extremely warm, friendly, and talented person who excelled at all she endeavored to try. She was a generous person who loved to share and fellowship with members of her church and community. She blessed many through her genealogy and family history work. She wrote biographies on both of her grandmothers and completed other family history books that will always be cherished by those she left behind. Karin was a member of the local Celiac association and was very involved in doing research and finding ways to prepare food for family and friends with gluten intolerance.
Karin had many physical challenges through recent years but strived to remain positive and cheerful. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. We are all saddened by her early departure.
