Karon was born February 28, 1946, and she passed away on September 22, 2026. She lived with a fullness of spirit that was felt by everyone who knew her. With faith at her center, compassion in her heart, and love in every interaction, Karon had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and truly cared for.
A devoted, church-going woman, Karon was faithful not only in belief, but in the way she showed up—steady, gentle, and unwavering. Her compassion reached beyond words, expressed through encouragement, kindness, and the kind of presence that brings comfort. She loved people sincerely, and her warmth was unmistakable.
Karon’s greatest joy was her family. She loved the holidays with genuine enthusiasm and reverence, and she treasured every moment spent together—celebrating life, strengthening bonds, and giving love with a passion like no other. Those who were lucky enough to be near her always felt that family mattered, and that love was something you practiced, not just promised.
Outside of her devotion to faith and family, Karon found happiness in simple, meaningful pleasures: gardening, and the excitement of traveling to Las Vegas. Whether caring for what grew or anticipating the next adventure, she met life with heart.
Karon will be deeply missed. She is survived by her son, Keith; her grandchildren, Keira and Ryder; her brother, Jack; and Jack’s family. Though we grieve her passing, we also honor the lasting legacy she leaves behind—a life defined by faith, compassion, and love that will continue to echo through the hearts she touched.
