Born and raised in Clarksville, TX, she then lived in Washington, DC with her husband, Ralph, a Foreign Service Officer with the US State Department. Together they raised their three children in Washington, Brazil, Panama, Italy and Mexico before retiring home to Clarksville. She later moved to San Antonio to be closer to family.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Amanda Ribble of Atlanta, GA; son Richard Ribble of Boerne; and daughter and son-in-law Anne and Frank Bortle of Boerne.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in her hometown in northeast TX.
