She was born in Belfast, N. Ireland on December 6, 1916 to William and Mary Jane Moore. She was a registered nurse, having attended nursing college in London, England during World War II.
Kathleen met Morgan Trott in Northern Ireland and they later married in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1947. They moved to San Antonio in 1954, where she was head nurse of Medical Associates at Nix Hospital for many years.
She was Past Worthy Matron of OES Alamo Heights Chapter and was an active member of Los Angeles United Methodist Church.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband Morgan Trott in 1981.
She is survived by her son, Michael M. Trott and wife Maribeth of San Antonio; two grandchildren, Nicolas Michael and Melissa Beth Trott of San Antonio; sister, Elsie Varner of Rockwall, TX; numerous nieces and nephews.
