She had a very rich and rewarding life. She was secretary of the Democrats of Texas, knew four Presidents personally, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter, and Bill Clinton. The Young Democrats of Texas honored Kathleen.
She was a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA, and an MA in government from St. Mary's University. She will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her daughter Karen Offer, grandson Lex Offer, and nieces and nephews; Jody Mallett, Jerry Campbell and husband Ron of Austin, and Comer Alden.
