Kathleen Edith Widdows

Kathy devoted her life to serving the Lord in church and missionary work in Zimbabwe, Africa and across the United States. In her later years, she spent much of her time knitting teddy bears and baby quilts for orphaned children and unwed mothers. Kathy was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She bravely fought breast cancer for ten years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Charles Widdows and her sister, Winnie Lucas.

Kathy is survived by her daughter, Linda Bowerman of Spring Branch; daughter, Janet Zipperer and husband Troy of Spring Branch; grandchildren, Blaine Bowerman and wife Michele, Ethan Bowerman and wife Misty, Jon Paul Pattinson and wife Leslie, Candice Zipperer and fianc Dustin Vail; great-grandchildren, Jordain, Jacob, Samuel, Michael, Sierra, Evan and expected great-granddaughter, Brynn; brother, Raymond Hansen and wife Linda of London, England; sister, Connie Hillsden of London, England; and numerous nieces and nephews.
