She grew up in Fremont, California, graduated from UC Davis with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and spent fifteen years at SBC, most recently as a project manager.
Kathy inspired so many people with her strength, courage, faith and compassion. She touched the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving family, including her husband, Michael Coffey; daughter, Christina; son, Cameron; parents, Donald and Mary Pelland; brother, Michael Pelland and her grandmother, Nancy Pelland.
