Kaylee was an extremely selfless person who always wanted to give back to others. She started the "Got Hope" Club at Reagan High School. She had an infectious smile and a personality that just drew people to her. Her strength, faith and perseverance showed throughout her three-year battle with leukemia. She never lost hope.
Kaylee is survived by her father, Lance Carew; mother, Aimee Carew; brother, Brandon Carew; grandparents, Hal and Barbara Carew, and Paul and Diane Gillis; cat, Garfield; and dog, Hope.
Kaylee passed away a believer in her Savior Jesus Christ.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
