Kenneth Lawrence Groves

He was preceded in death by his father, Derek. Kenneth is survived by his mother and step dad, Mirja and Carl Keesee; step mom Laura Dockstader; sisters Julie Christine Bondy and husband Matt; Krystal Jones and husband Steve; Step brother Ryan Degazio and step sister Denika Degazio; Nieces, Tiffany Bondy, Ariel Aslami and husband Kam; Nephews, Judah and Nathan Bondy and Christopher Groves; great grandniece, Elsa Aslami. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. You all know who you are. Also, all his many, many friends.

Ken was a highly skilled carpenter, an artist with wood. He loved cooking, especially BBQ in his trailer-sized smoker, music, both listening and accompanying himself on guitar, and NASCAR. He had a special place in his heart for animals, rescuing many a stray dog or cat, and the occasional squirrel.

He loved his family and friends as we loved him.

A memorial celebration of Ken's life will be held later.
