My little cousin Kevin may you rest in peace. I would just like to say it was a pleasure to have got to know you when I did. I remember when we lived at the same apartment complex and you Stephie would come over to chill and hang out with us. Stephie would sometimes bring Esmeralda too. You will be missed Kevin. Say hi to my big sis and big bro for me. Let them know I love them dearly and miss them so much. Please watch over all of us. For this is not goodbye but see you later. Till we meet again. To my family and friends I would like to share the way I saw my lil brother throughout our life together and also to say he was the only one in the world who was truly by my side through the years we were together since we were lil babies I was happy that I had somebody to play with he followed me almost everywhere I went if u saw me back then Kevin was sure to be right there too  as time went by and life began to change we grew up but not apart we always would stick up for each other right or wrong we would not turn our backs to one another n if we ever did it wasn't sure to last lol I will never forget the times I know of n I know its gonna be a struggle letting go of you if there anything to know or say about my brother its he is a good person at heart n the things he did weren't his true self I knew him n he knew me I wish we can go back to the time when we were just kids so much I would change n not for me but for him he deserved so much more in this world he didn't get to experience what this world has to offer but maybe he has been given another chance wherever u may be bro I will be searching until I make it right there with u may u find ur peace and rest forevermore.

He is survived by his beloved daughter Vanessa Nicole Castro; his parents Mary Ann De Los Santos and Ruben Castro; siblings Ruben C.
