Kevin received degrees from Georgetown University, the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the National Defense University. He retired from the United States Navy in 2003 after two decades of achievement as a pilot and officer, among other roles.
Kevin was an avid backpacker, coach for youth sports, hospice volunteer, football enthusiast, and civil war buff. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend. Kevin will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Cole, Haley, and Jake, and their mother, Susan; his parents, Donald and Beverly Reynolds of Bethesda, Maryland; his brothers and sisters, Michael, Margaret, Susan, Stephen, Richard, Christopher, and Mark; his grandfather Virgil; his aunts and uncles, Barbara, Deborah, Joseph; and his ten nieces and nephews.
