

Kimberly Michelle Trevino entered rest on Friday February 24, 2017. Her strong will and positive outlook on life was admired by many. Kim loved sports, singing dancing, traveling, fishing and loved being around friends and loved ones celebrating life. She had a very adventurous spirit and showed no fear in trying new things. Kim was an honors student at Stevens HS and looked forward to attending college in the fall, receiving numerous acceptance offers. She had an incredible sense of humor and loved telling stories. She adored all animals and had a special affection for the elderly.
Being phone savvy, Kim loved to text, take pictures, and share her life on social media to keep in touch with her many friends and loved ones. Social media, selfies and pranks was one of her many favorite pastimes. Shopping was one of her favorite activities, whether it was at the mall or online, specifically clothing, jewelry, makeup and gift giving to others. She had a knack for making the most mundane tasks adventurous and exciting for everyone.
She is survived by her mother, Jennifer and Casper Ovalle; grandparents, Alfred and Oralia Flores; Uncle Alfred (Cristina) Flores; cousins, Alexander and Andrew Flores; her father, Roland Trevino Jr.; boyfriend, Adrian Martinez. Also, grandparents Roland (Cynthia) Trevino Sr., Aunt Priscilla Trevino, great grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles and step brothers and sisters.
The family would like to thank the many doctors and nurses that provided love and caring treatment though Kimberly's difficult fight.
Words can never be enough to express a special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Steve Martinez and family for their love and support making Kimberly's fight more tolerable.
The family will receive family and friends in the chapel at Porter Loring, 1101 McCullough, Thursday, March 2nd beginning 4:00 pm.
