Kreszenz was born in Muhlhausen, Germany on October 6, 1933. She was one of nine children. She had seven brothers and one sister. Kreszenz is survived by her brother, Herman Kolbl and her sister, Franciska Dorgan.
Kreszenz gave birth to two children, Viki Lynn Trautman and Heidi F. Trautman. She is survived by her daughter, Viki Lynn Trautman; grandchildren, Shelia Lynn Trautman, Craig William Trautman, Megan H. Trautman; and great-grandchild, Violet Trautman.
Kreszenz was a daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to all. The words that best described her was generous, loving, kind, and funny. Kreszenz will be dearly missed by all those that crossed her path.
A funeral service will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on February 9, 2024 at 11:15 am.
