She attended St. Thomas More Catholic School, graduated Roosevelt High School Class of '79; she also attended San Antonio College and University of the Incarnate Word.
Laura was a gifted individual blessed with a great sense of humor and was creative in photography, poetry, writing and law.
Her greatest blessing was the great love her friends shared with her for many, many years.
She was preceded in death by her father, CMSgt. Ronald O. Berg, USAF Ret and is survived by her son, Nicholas Ronald Berg; her mother, Mrs. Teresa Berg; brother, Robert Michael Berg; two nieces, Nicole Cobb and husband, William and their son, Hunter; Amanda Saenz and husband, Ryan; as well as aunts, Mrs. Marguerite Sipe and Mrs. Lonia Brisson; numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any stray animal care facility, the Animal Defense League of San Antonio, 11300 Nacogdoches, San Antonio, TX 78217 or any St. Vincent de Paul Society.
