He dedicated 30 years of service as a Customs Inspector. Outside of his career, he found great joy in the outdoors and cherished spending time riding his motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorine and Le Roy Steinauer; his brothers, Carlos, Frank, John Steinauer; and his grandson, Norman Arias, Jr.
Leroy is survived by his wife of 63 years, Rosemary Steinauer; his children, Emily Arias, and Matthew Steinauer; son-in-law, Norman Arias, Sr.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Arias, Emmanuel Arias, and Reuben Arias; and his great-grandchildren, Aurric Arias, Yoona Arias, and Leon Arias; his siblings, Ralph, Marie and Maggie.
