Lennie Ruth Tucker

Lennie was born November 29, 1936 in Zwollie, Louisiana Sabine Parish. She had been accepted to medical school after graduating from Zwollie High. Although life's journey did not allow her to pursue her medical career she loved life and showed her benevolent design by attending and giving to the church. She always said I am going to donate a little extra to the Spring Branch, Comal County EMS and Fire Department. She was always so proud that this organization is staffed by volunteers and she felt a part of their continuing growth. After all you know I might need them some day she would say. Lennie had a quiet sense of humor but if you listened she was very funny and genuine.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert C. Tucker.

She is survived by her six children, daughter, Connie and spouse Mel Fannin, son, Mark Sullivan and spouse Mary Alice, son, Phillip Sullivan, son, Chris Sullivan and spouse Vicky, daughter, Tracey and spouse Ishmael Trevino and son, Joel Sullivan and spouse Mary; and nine beautiful grandchildren and four siblings, many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.

After the conclusion of the Funeral Liturgy the funeral procession will proceed to the cemetery for the Right of committal which is an expression of the communion that exist between the church on earth and the church in heaven.
