Leocadio Falcon Marrufo

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Leocadio Falcon Marrufo, who entered eternal rest on June 26, 2025, at the age of 87. He was born on January 20, 1938, in San Buenaventura, Coahuila, Mexico.

Leocadio was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who treasured every moment spent with his loved ones. Weekends and holidays were never complete without his warm presence, and he made it a tradition to bring his family together on annual vacations, whether to the beach, Disney World, out of state, or simply a getaway from the city. He created lasting memories for his family.

Leocadio took pride as an Industrial Machine Mechanic, landscaper, and working outdoors. He also loved listening to Spanish music and cheering on his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Alfred G. Marrufo, and his parents, Victoriano and Rosa Marrufo.

Leocadio leaves behind his loving wife, Erlinda G. Marrufo; his children, Albert G. Marrufo (Jessica), Linda M. Mendiola (Eli), and Erica M. Rodriguez (Anthony); his cherished grandchildren, Malory, Jamie, Jasmin, Clarissa, Joslyn, Erynn, Emilie, Alyna, and Dallas; and three adored great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss his presence, his wisdom, and the love he shared so freely.

Leocadio’s legacy lives on in the values he passed down, the memories he created, and the family he so deeply loved.

There will be a Visitation held Monday, July 7, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, our doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with a Chapel Service beginning at 10:00 a.m. followed by burial to San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
