Leola I. Jordan, age 83, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on June 6, 1928 in Enigma, Georgia to Cecil and Nora Little. Leola is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Jordan, daughter, Loretta Jordan and daughter-in-law, Kimberly Jordan. Survivors include her children, Lenora Jordan, Leroy Carson Jordan, Leonard Jordan, Larry M. Jordan & wife, Deborah and daughter, Lisa J. Adams & husband, Robert; grandchildren, Heather, Hilary, Ryan, Larry Jr., Amber, Chris, Candice, Chelsea, Kris, Vanessa and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Aiden, Gavin, Gage, Dominic, Silas, Dylan, Lynsey, Alyson and Jayden; brother, Leroy Little and other loving family. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Gary M. Newland officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
