Leonard E. Col. Trost

Colonel Leonard E. Trost, U.S. Army, retired, was born on 16 May 1921 in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

He married Constance Mary Bush on 10 November 1945 who passed away on 3 December 2002 after 57 years of marriage.

Colonel Trost was commissioned in the U.S. Calvary at Fort Riley, Kansas OCS in 1943 after his enlisted service, and retired in August 1973. He retired in San Antonio, Texas that same year and resided in San Antonio until his death on June 12, 2012.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Caroline June and her husband Franklin of Worcester, MA; and a cousin, Jeffrey Kalil of New Hampshire. He also leaves a niece, Jacalyn Horton and her husband Charles of Belmont, CA; a nephew, Merrill S. (Toby) June II and his wife, Beth of Austin, TX; also a great-

nephew, Merrill S. June III; and two great-nieces, Constance Caroline June and Kelsey Horton.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Church of Resurrection Episcopal.
