Mr. O'Neill was a graduate of Brackenridge High School and served in the U.S. Army in the World War II Asiatic Pacific Theatre.
He was a credit manager with Alamo Cement and was employed for 46 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, C.J. O'Neill and Bessie Mayes O'Neill.
Survived by his wife of 56 years, Edith Harding O'Neill; sons, Terrell O'Neill and his wife, Mary, and Larry O'Neill and his wife Alice; daughter, Kathy O'Neill; granddaughters, Kelly Wallace and Megan McClain; 6 step grandchildren; great grandchildren, Jordin and Kasia.
