Leticia Gonzales, age 64, went with the Lord on August 3, 2026. Leticia loved going to church, enjoyed singing and praise dancing. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and loved to go eat with her mother, Angelita Gomez. She was always willing to serve the Lord and was a true prayer warrior with an enormous heart of gold. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her father, Francisco Gomez; her mother-in-law, Lusiana V. Gonzales; her nephew, Michael A. Gomez; and her great niece, Arianna M. Rodriguez.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Gonzales; her daughters, Destiny Gonzales (Eric), Emily Gonzales Pedroza (Efren), and Ashley Cortinas (Issac); her mother, Angelita Gomez; her grandchildren, Elijah, Bubba, Isabel, Milo; her siblings, Ricardo Gomez, Grace Gomez (Marty), Rachel Gomez, Alicia Garcia (Daniel), Anna Cantu (Gabriel), Frank Gomez (Maricela), Diana Narvaez, Michael Gomez (Cindy), and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Freedom House Apostolic Church, 138 Jasmine Ln, San Antonio, TX 78237, US, on August 10, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a Prayer Service at the same location on August 10, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Freedom House Apostolic Church, 138 Jasmine Ln, San Antonio, TX 78237, US, on August 11, 2026, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, followed by Committal at San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226, US, on August 11, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
