Lillian Ann Drake was born February 11, 1918 in San Antonio and entered into rest November 7, 2011 at the age of 93. She is survived by her family, Tom and Sue Jambers, Harold and Carole Jambers, Tim and Shirley Jambers, Mary Lou and Gilbert Wiatrek and their families. She is also survived by her good friend, Noella DeCampo as well as many other special friends. Miss Drake was a teacher and a librarian in San Antonio for many years. She earned a degree in Education from Incarnate Word College and received a certificate as a learning disability specialist from Texas University in Austin. After retirement, she wrote and published two books of which she was most proud.
