Linda Darlene Lehr passed away peacefully after a long illness at the age of 59. She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter G. Lehr, Jr and Dene W. Lehr. Survivors include her brother, Larry Lehr & wife, Donna of New Braunfels; niece, Candice Sciantarelli & husband, Craig, and their two children, of CO; uncle, Ralph Lehr and wife, Lillian of San Antonio; and cousins, Ralph, Jr, Ann & Stephen. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 14, 2011 in Sunset Memorial Park. A heartfelt appreciation is extended to the many home caregivers Linda had attend her over the past several years, especially Donna Vanslycke-Ferry, and to the staff of Methodist Transplant Hospital, for ensuring Linda’s comfort and dignity in her final days.
