Linnea Frisk Davie

Linnea was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend whose life was centered on caring for those she loved. She is survived by her husband, Chris Davie; her son, Connor; and her daughter, Chrislin, who were the light of her life. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to raising her children and creating a warm, loving home.

Born and raised in Colorado in a Methodist household, Linnea carried her strong sense of faith, compassion, and resilience throughout her life. She began her career as a licensed cosmetologist in Texas, where she met Chris in 2001. After the birth of their son, Connor, she chose to devote herself fully to her family as a stay-at-home mother.

Linnea was also a deeply caring daughter who lovingly supported her mother, Barbara Frisk, in her final days. Barbara passed just days before Linnea, making this an especially profound loss for their family.

Those who knew Linnea will remember her kind heart, her strength, her quiet generosity, and the way she always put others first. She had a gentle spirit and a deep love for family and friends that will not be forgotten.

In keeping with Linnea’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. Instead, a gathering in the spirit of a joyful Irish wake will be planned to celebrate her life, where stories, laughter, and memories can be shared among those who knew and loved her. Details will be shared at a later time.

In lieu of flowers or donations, and in accordance with Linnea’s wishes, the family warmly invites friends to share photographs and memories of Linnea to help prepare for her upcoming memorial gathering.

Linnea’s family asks that she be remembered not for her illness, but for the love she gave so freely to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
