Lisa Alaniz passed away peacefully on June 23, 2015. She was born in San Antonio. Texas on September 19, 1974. Lisa was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend to many. Her outgoing personality and infectious smile will not be forgotten. She is survived by her husband, Jacob Alaniz; sons, Anthony J. Alaniz and Vincent J. Alaniz; parents, Joe and Vangie Uriegas; brother, Joe Uriegas and wife Christina. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 29, 2015 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 7893 Grissom Road with interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Lisa Alaniz to Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 7893 Grissom Rd, San Antonio, TX 78251.
