Lois Evelyn Davidson Petrich

Lois Evelyn Petrich born on April 17, 1923 in Cyril, OK to the late John Davidson and Laura Duncan went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2010 in Rockport, TX. She worked for S.W. Bell and AT&T for 44 years in San Antonio & Dallas. After she lost her beloved husband, Lee, she continued to work and travel. She cherished her grandchildren. She found a special joy holding her new great-grandson at Christmas. Lois had a strong faith in the Lord. She was loved by all of us and will be greatly missed. We will always hold you in our hearts.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Petrich in 1975 and her sister, Lola. Survivors include her daughter, Pamalee Petrich Ford & husband Guthrie; son, Rick Petrich & wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Carrie Smith, Holly Husaim, Haley Petrich, Jacob Smith and Kathryn Smith; great-grandson, Myles Petrich Shook; niece, Bettye Goodner; great-nieces, LaDawnna, Linda, Karen and Cheryl Ann; sister-in-law, Eunice Petrich & family; and her friends, Jo Carlson and Iris Wilson.

Visitation will be 4-5:00 pm on Sunday~February 28, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday~March 1, 2010 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association-South Texas Chapter.
