Lola M. Carpenter

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jules Biday, Jr., husband Charles G. Carpenter and a son, Richard G. Carpenter.

She is survived by her sons, Larry J. Carpenter and Michael J. Carpenter and her daughter, Carolyn M. Lowe; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Lola belonged to that group of people the Lord stated would inherit the earth. A kinder, more caring and gentle person would be difficult to find. Her loss is not just one of a good wife and mother, but also a loss of a real example of what we wish in our hearts all people would be. Her legacy is that she left the world a little bit better place than when she came into it.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2014 at Porter Loring North.
